That’s because it’s hard to move beyond your comfort zone!
Especially when you’re stepping into unknown territory and aren’t 100% certain of the path that lies ahead.
But it’s only through taking intentional action that you will ever be able to grow as a person and achieve something incredible with your life.
And the results of taking action are always worth it.
That’s why today I’d like to share some tips on how to take that first scary step towards your dreams.

The good news is, once you move into action, you’ll find it’s so much easier to remain in action than it was to take that scary first step.
A body in motion tends to remain in motion, as any scientist will tell you!
So, this week I challenge you to identify ONE meaningful step you will take to move yourself into action – and then commit to taking that action, no matter what.
Then do it again. And again. And again – and before you know it, you will be well on the way toward making your dreams come true!
